EPS prepares reports to address Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) requirements, including:
- EPCRA 313: Annual Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Reporting. Also referred to as Form R and Form A reports, facilities are required to file annual reports by July 1st for specific toxic chemicals manufactured, processed, or otherwise used above reporting thresholds. US EPA maintains a strict enforcement policy regarding the timeliness and accuracy of TRI Reporting. Accordingly, it is important that calculations are accurate and properly documented, and that reports are filed on time.
- EPCRA 311 and 312: Initial filing of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) lists for chemicals stored onsite, and annual reports referred to as Tier II Reports due by March 1st , for chemicals stored onsite above reporting thresholds. US EPA also regulates Tier II reporting and as with TRI reports, it is important that calculations are accurate and properly documented, and that reports are filed on time.
