Ted has more than 25 years of diversified environmental compliance management experience at the plant and corporate levels. Prior to forming EPS his career had been dedicated to the establishment and direction of environmental programs for several Fortune 100 companies. Ted has served on many local and regional environmental committees and in Washington, D.C., representing industry at a national level.
His areas of expertise include dispute resolution, negotiation of state and Federal compliance orders while frequently interacting with the USEPA, industry representation, Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, compliance auditing of all environmental media, due diligence, Brownfields, and remediation. In the early 1990s, Ted was active in ground-breaking work relating to the establishment of dioxin regulation and permitting in the USA.
In 1996, Ted formed EPS. His vision was to grow a company that provides exceptional service with unparalleled attention to the client, and delivering an excellent work product. Equally important was to provide an enjoyable but challenging work environment for EPS employees which would draw on all of their capabilities allowing for personal growth limited only by their desire.
Ted takes pride in his employees and their personal achievements, his company’s reputation, but most importantly his company’s commitment to the community. EPS is involved in multiple community initiatives and is a donator to several non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organizations that focus primarily on underprivileged children, and the environment.
