Debbie has worked in the environmental consulting field in a range of capacities for nearly 20 years. Her background is in toxicology and chemical fate and transport. Her broad experience encompasses site characterization, due diligence, health and safety, voluntary cleanup, risk-based closure and compliance.
Debbie has managed and executed several nationwide multi-site Phase I and Phase II portfolios for commercial and industrial clients. She has directed remediation, waste, permitting and compliance projects under LUST, RBCA, OSHA, brownsfields, stormwater, and voluntary closure programs. She has provided support for human health and ecological risk characterization. She has experience in maintaining environmental databases, conducting data analysis and working in GIS.
Her current focus is on environmental compliance management including auditing, compliance plan development, regulatory interpretation, and development of training programs and environmental management systems.
